Question. I am 43 years old and my wife is 34. We have two girls, aged 11 and five respectively. We have been trying for a third child for the last three months, but haven’t succeeded. Do we need to get ourselves tested? Are there any medications available that can help us? Kindly guide us.
Answer. Visit your gynaecologist and discuss the issue. Increase your intercourse frequency to thrice a week from the eighth day of her period cycle counting from the first day. Have your sperm count checked and correct your lifestyle, if needed.
