Answers.

1) The long-acting hormone injections have been in use in many countries. Recent studies by the Council of Medical Research, India have declared it as a useful addition to the other contraceptive options for women. It can be prescribed after a thorough examination. Adequate information is provided to women.

2) With proper lubrication, there’s no reason why the condom should cause pain. Have better foreplay so that she’s adequately lubricated. If needed, use a lubricant like KY jelly. There are many types of condoms available. Choose the most suitable one.

Question. I would like to know the food items that I should eat before having sex so that I will be able to satisfy my lady. Please reply.

Answer. Eat any vegetable you like best and with every bite think a sexual thought – maybe this will help you get all charged up before you have sex.

Answer. She must have had dinner after and that probably led to the stomach-ache. Oral sex does not cause a pregnancy so she need not take any pills.
